Change properties of linked table

I have several tables in Access linked to a SQL database.

When I first linked the tables it asked me to select unique fields for the tables. It doesn't always do this.

Now I want to change some of them, but it doesn't ask me when I re-link them, and I can't change them in Access. In SQL it is a different field.

Instead of relinking, delete the linked table from the app and then go back and link the table again.

It won't let me delete it because there are too many queries assoc with it. I renamed it and tried to relink the original but it also did not ask me for a unique field.
