change project name 1

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!!

Is there a way to change a project name without making a mess????????

I made a program and it is fine, now I have to write a program very similar to the first, so I copyed the directory, but I had to change the names in all the files (.c, .h , .rc , .rc2, etc...) and I'm not sure everything is allright.....

Is there an easy and sure way to do what I need to do????
