Change profile owner local to domain

I want to change ownership of my local profile to my account on my newly created domain but moveuser.exe no longer appears to work on vista and has been replaced with win32_userprofile control which unfortunately I cannot find any info on. Can any one ptovide an example script for what I want to do? Assume the local account name is LOCAL\John as is the new domain account DOMAIN\John.
