I have a lot of success with creating 2 identical reports and specifing a specific printer in report number 1. then other report will go to the default.
Here is a Procedure for setting and keeping a specific printer to a report.
1. Open your report in Design view
2. Click the "File" menu then click "Page Setup"
3. Click the "Page" TAB
4. Check "Use Specific Printer" at the bottom.
5. Click the "Printer..." button
6. Choose your Printer from the list
7. Click OK
8. Adjust Landscape or Portrait.
9. Click the Margins TAB and adjust if needed.
10. Click OK
11. Click "File" menu then Click "Save" <<<<< very important
Next time you print it should go to the correct printer.
Note: if that Printer is not on a particular PC or not spelled exactly the same you will get and Error stating that printer is not availalbe do you want to use that PC's default instead.
