Change PRI from QSIG to Primary-NI2 1

We currently have a QSIG PRI running into our router and then Call Manager. (went to our old Nortel)
I am going to be replacing it with a Primary-NI2 PRI from CenturyLink .
Both PRI are B8ZS and ESF.
Can I just go through and change QSIG to Primary-NI2 in the appropriate places ?
Or do I have to build a new Route Group, etc

Assuming you are using MGCP, you just need to make the modifications in the gateway portion.
