Change php to ASP 1

I need to replace php from my code with ASP (Is that possible?) in a td cell i have

What does that code mean? Can I replace .php3 literally by asp? Will it work?

The code u have menetioned is pure javascript and HTML.
so u dont need to change anything in that piece of code.
However u need to change the file extension(from .php3 to .asp) and modify the server setting letting it know that the file is to be parsed with ASP engine.
