Change phone type 1

Is there a way to change the phone type instead of outing it and recreating it? I need to change a Nortel 3902 phone to a 3903 and also the other way around, 3903 to a 3902.

No. But you can flip the extentions. (chg features, DNBs)

Are the 2 extensions just swapping locations?

IF they are just swapping locations use the MOV command in LD 20. Just MOV your first phone to a vacant TN.

Do not use the MOV command on any ACD sets.

i just talked to our tech support about rls 5, he just returned from dallas last week.. he confirmed that you will be able to change set types
