Change phone configuration locallly

Hello,

We are using BCM 5.0 and one of my user wanted to change local phone configuration such as dial-tone, brightness, key tone and so on (Phone model : IP2002). But it seems, they do not have any access to that. As I am new to BCM system (I know now more pbx), is there is any way to give or activate that access to a phone user?

Any kind idea will be appreciate.

Feature * 6 to adjust ring pattern
Feature * 7 to adjust contrast
Feature *80 to adjust volume level.

Can be done on any phone.
