Change Pending on mass to another user

This answer is very hard to give without knowing the exact version & build of GoldMine which are using. There are a number of ways of doing this depending on the version & build. It can be done in a sync aware manner in some versions & builds, and has to be done in a non-sync aware manner and other versions & builds.
