Change password

Hello all!
Can a user on win95 PC change his/her NT domain password and if so how?

When one of our users attempts to change a password they receive an access denied error

its not possible to do that

If I remember correctly there is an option is the Control Panel Applet to change network password at the same time as changing the windows password.
And provided the User is allowed to change the password it should work.
