Change Ownership Tool?

I'm working on a old file server that was tied to a domain that is not operational any longer. While Attempting to change ownership of the files I'm hit with a repetitive "Click Yes" to continue while forcing the ownership change. I was wondering if there was a tool that can be applied to force the change with out having to interact with the operation?
