Change output buffers for VPN

Citrix uses on our servers 44x1460 output buffers to sedn data to the client. Since we use a VPN and have some PPTP-header overhead on the ADSL line, the 1460-byte packets are fragmented into 1360-byte and 100-byte packets.

How do I change the buffers into 44x1360 ?

I am not sure if this is what you need, but the trouble I had, was to change the MTU size. I had to make the packages smaller.
