change outbound SMTP

We currently have an internet domain of XYZ.com, and it is changing to abc.com.

I have gone into my person document, under internet address and changed it to reflect abc.com, but when I send email, it is still leaving as xyz.com.

How can I change the @xyz.com to be @abc.com, and can I change it for only certain users?


HELP!!!!
