change operator extension

Hey Guys,

When users call in, and press 0, they are transferred to extension 301. We are trying to transfe it to another extension. I logged onto BCM manager and launched call pilot, and change the operator extension to 379, instead of 301. But when I call in to test it, it still goes to 379.

Where exactly can I change the '0' option to go to another extension.

change your direct dial set, change your attendant in all areas, ie vm tables, under f 982 operator status. you should be good after that.
