I need to change operator extension from 200 to 300. I renumbered 200 to 300. I am using 200 at a different location on a different port. The problem is if you call in and hit 0 on the auto attendent it still goes to 200. I think I missed a step to define 300 as the operator in programming or maybe I can't change it.

in the voicemail you have a operator entry as well. Depending what voicemail there are different ways to program them

in Merlin Messaging there is a 0 / timeout option in the Auto Attendant programming
