I need to migrate a client's One-x to a new server. I am attempting to log into the AFA account to compete a backup. The default first time password in the docs is not working. Neither the customer nor I have ever logged into the AFA account. Is there a way to change this from the Administrator account? I cannot find where to do this. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks

Are you sure you have the right password: MyFirstLogin1_0

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Sharing what you did to resolve it could very well be beneficial to another user.

Sorry, I figured out what the password was, not how to change it.

Reinstall is no longer required since 9.1. The AFA and one-X Admin password can be reset to default.

somewhere under one-x installation there is a bat file (for windows) and .sh for linux named Reset*.bat/Reset*.sh..
Find and execute
