How can I change the number of rings on the phone? I have "forward on busy". I guess I need "forward on delay". Help please...

supertech,
Go to terminals and sets, then show then select extension>show>go to capabilities>show>go to forward no answer>select show>then it will ask you forward to:default is (none)>select change>then your voicemail pilot extension(I think this is where you want it delay to right?
that should do it.
Let me explain the forward type;
Forward no answer means, when your on the phone it will ring your set to give you a chance before it forwards on to the set amount of rings.
forward on busy means when your on the phone it will not ring at your extension and route to your forward destination, of course depending on how many rings you set it to.

hope this helps
