How can I change the # of rings before a DN transfers to VM. I can't see any available FFC's on our system to accomplish this?

The prompt on the phone (LD 10/11/20) is RCO. Your options are 0, 1, or 2.

Then, the RDR_DATA block in LD15/21, each RCO is equal to the CFN1,2,3. Example:
-----------------------------------------------------------
TYPE RDR_DATA
CUST 00
OPT CFO CFRA PVCA CWRD
FNAD FDN
FNAT FDN
FNAL FDN
CFTA NO
CCFWDN
CFN0 3
CFN1 2
CFN2 5
DFN0 3
DFN1 2
DFN2 5
DNDH NO
MDID NO
NDID NO
MWFB NO
TRCL 0
CRT0 00 00 00 00
CRT1 00 00 00 00
CRT2 00 00 00 00
CRT3 00 00 00 00
DAY0
DAY1
DAY2
DAY3
HOLIDAY0
HOLIDAY1
HOLIDAY2
HOLIDAY3
----------------------------------------------------------
So, in our switch, RCO 0 is 3 rings, RCO 1 is 2 rings, and RCO 2 is 5 rings. You can change the CFN options, but keep in mind that affects EVERYONE using that RCO.

Hope this helps,
Matt

Oh - and all phones are RCO 0 by default. If anyone remembers how to list this in LD81, please refresh me - I can't think of it for the life of me...
Thanks,
Matt
