Hi All

Need some tips on what to check in CMAPI logger when change IP address? Recently my customer wanted to change the CMAPI logger as their office is changing to new IP addresses. When I was on-site, I've changed all the ip address in CMAPI logger, namely NICE CMAPI Config Utility,Logger,CLS and AES servers.

Thereafter I restarted the servers.I have not change the ip address for the Avaya S8300 PBX yet.

Old ip address is 192.168.13.46. This ip address appears in the IP Capture prompt dos command as fatal error.

Is there any other place that I need to change the IP address in CMAPI logger environment besides the above mentioned servers?

See attachment for the IP Capture error. Please Help as I have ran out of ideas....

Your attach don't work. I have done that change a year ago, and it was passed with no problems.

Hi frx1

Thanks for the reply. I've tried to add the attachment to this site but failed. If possible can you give me your email address so that I can sent you the IPcapture error screenshot.

Thanks in advance.

8.9 or Perform? If Perform you may need to reset the connection manager address.

Hi RoamingKiwi

Its NICE 8.9 CMAPI logger

Have you been into the Logger IP Tool to reset the network cards? Maybe uncheck them all and recheck.

I've not try that maybe I'll check on it when on site.

The error says appear in the IP Capture dos command prompt is "Failed to open a socket.Failed to bind a socket,winerror:10049, IP:192.168.13.46, Failed to open socket 0,can't allocate socket for channel ID 0

That error appear when something is trying to catch your old ip address with no luck.

delete mascmap.ext in NTlogger\config folder and restart logger will do.
