change number on modem

I have a Meridian 1 the phone line for remote administration was disconnected from the phone company. I have other available anolog ports. How can I change the old anolog with a new line.
Also can I use the HyperTerminal from windows to do remote administration???
Or is there any publication I can refer to online. I do not have any manuals here I have to find everything on line.
