Change Number Of Rings For Private Line

Hello,

I inherited this Norstar Modular ICS 4.0 system without documentation.

We have a private line that goes into our Purchasing Dept and when someone calls from the outside it rings on both phones in Purchasing. One of the Purchasing agents is going to be out of the office for about 8 weeks and they're asking me to change the number of rings from two to 7. How do I make this happen? I've been searching online but haven't found anything.

That is technician programming.
You can call a tech or read the installer guide as no training here.

If you already know passwords and how to navigate then look under Sets/LineAccess

Not sure what that means, can only assume you mean before it goes to voice mail or do you mean before an AA answers?

Hi Folks,

My issue is resolved and thanks to all of you who chimed in.

To make a long story short I had to get our security company involved and after that change the "Forward Delay numbers".
