Change number for outside line access 1

We need to change our outside line access from 9 to 7 or 6. I do not have any extensions that use 7 or 6. We are running IP Office Version 6.0 (07). I am pretty new to this so you may have to be pretty detailed. Right now I am looking at ARS in IP office manager. Is the route name the only location I have to change this number? Any help much appreciated.

you have one shortcode that is 9 and goes to the ARS, if you change the 9 to be 6 or 7 then you are set already.

now the detail
open IP Office Manager program
retrieve a configuration from the phone system
change the shortcode 9N blablabla to be 6N or 7N blablabla
save the configuration with a merge
test it

if you have several shortcodes with 9 then all have to be changed to reflect the new dialout digit
