I am trying to change the digit 5 on a CCR tree on a 3.7 BCM 400.
I can not change the info to a transfer, it will not change and I can not delete it.I get a " can not delete because tree is in use.
Please remove references to this tree from Greeting table and CLID
routing tables" message.
I assume that this is what we call disabling tree when working on Nams and CP 100/150 prior to making changes to a tree.
I consulted the help menu but was unsuccessful.
Hate to admit it but I neeed step by step help.

Thanks in advance for the forums assistance,

RBT

Go to Auto-Attendant

look in the Lines Administration for the greeting table that is used.

click on the greeting table.

In the greeting table remove the used ccr tree number.

Thanks Bluestuff, I was actually where I needed to be but did not realize the 4 different times needed to be set to none in order to
dis- able tree. Had a duh moment bc they can actually be related/compared to the NAM and CP 100/150's. Guess I had a senior moment!
Have a great day,
