Change NIC setting permanently

Hi Guy's,

I hope you will be able to help. I have been asked to change the nic setting on our Linux server from auto negociate to full duplex.

I have changed this on our test server using ethtool and after a server reboot the settings were lost.

Is there an easy way to change these settings permanently.
