Change NEDC/FEDC in LD 16

how do i change these two parameters? can't find how to in NTP and when I do CHG in LD 16 I can't get the NEDC/FEDC prompt. thank you.

when you get to CNTL, type YES this will get you to the Changes to Controls or timers section.
