Change NCOS on TIE

We are trying to integrate OCS with our option 61c. We have a PRI linking the 61C to an audiocodes gateway. Calls inbound to OCS extensions from internal extension and external callers work fine. From OCS, calls to internal extensions work fine. Calling from OCS to external numbers fail. I think it's either a NCOS issue or number format issue(or both). The TIE trunks have an NCOS of 3 which I think is the issue but I'm not sure how to change it. The trunks are setup like this.

btw. when you need to change a lot of trunks.. ld 14 out 23 then new 23, build one with the change and the next 22 will follow..

saves a few keystrokes
