Change name

Need to change name on ext. Changed name in users saved. still shows Open (name before new user) IP office 11.4 model 5410 phone

Check Name field and Full Name Field.

Check both. both have correct user name. Still shows open on extension

You need to unplug the phone and plug it back in to get the 5410 phones to update the name.
