Change name on M3904 using ld95 2

Hi

LD95 does not give me option to change name on M3904 phone, under chg/name - type 2616's are OK though.

Is there a different command just for M3904 phones?

There's no change to the type of phones.
Procedure is:
LD 95
REQ CHG
TYPE NAME
CUST 0 (normally)
CPND_LANG (Enter)
DIG (Enter)
DN (Insert your DN there: if you get a SCH2115 this means you have no name assigned yet and need to do so with REQ NEW)
NAME (Insert new name)
DISPLAY_FMT (Enter)
DN (Enter)

kiano, are you sure the DN for the specefic M3903 is programmed with a name? Try REQ NEW for the specific DN.
