Change Mouse pointer shape

I would like to change the shape of the mouse pointer. I know about the mousepointer property but there is only a few
Setting Description
0 (Default) The shape is determined by Microsoft Access
1 Normal Select (Arrow)
3 Text Select (I-Beam)
7 Vertical Resize (Size N, S)
9 Horizontal Resize (Size E, W)
11 Busy (Hourglass)

I would like to change it so the shape changes to a arrow pointing to a circle with a line when in bad area or a arrow pointing to a simple small sqaure when in correct area. Can anyone hel here please
