Change Milestone from Date to Hour

I know I have done this before and it's driving me crazy. How do you change the date to hour at the end of a milestone? I have a client that wants the hour a project is completed. Thanks for your help.

I found it if anyone was having trouble answering. Go to "format" and then to "layout" and there you can change the date format.
