Change Mailbox User password

Hi all,
I am not that familiar with Exchange 2007. I have 2 users that need their passwords reset as they have forgotten them and cannot get in. I was wondering if anybody knew how to either change it via the gui or with the powershell? These users are not part of Active Directory either, they are stand alone mailboxes.

You can't have a mailbox without an AD account. Change the AD user password.
