Change Mailbox Greeting SVM - Remotely

Sure i've done this before but cant remember how, I am wanting to change a greeting for a mailbox remotely. I've enabled remote log on the the PS which works using *47 ext pin but as soon as I dial *381 I get the reorder tone. Remote access is enabled for the SVM, anything else I need to do?

Call DDI, DISA (AA) answers, press 1 which directs to 101 vm,
*47 101 PIN * 38 - reorder tone
*47 201 PIN *47 101 PIN *38 - reorder tone

I had tried to do through the AA before but failed. I tried turning off disa security and still didn’t work. You have to do it in the voicemail message. When you get the disa dial the extension and when vm answers do it then
