Change Mail Letterheads From Standard

Can anyone tell me how to change my mail letterhead from the standard or how to make it blank?

If you are using R5, while in your Inbox, go to Tools, Preferences... Pick "Plain text" as you letterhead. It's the "barest" that is offered.
