It's about login code and password. Not Voicemail password.
If a IP-Phone wants to log in, it needs the extension number and the password. This is the one found in 'User | User'.
If someone want's to hot-desk on this phone, he can use *36 / *35*extn*code# where this code is from 'User | Telephony | Supervisor Settings'.
Now it's possible to change this login code with *60*N procedure.
In 6.0 this is changing both the login code AND the password needed to do the IP-Phone login.
I checked this on two different 6.0(083801) Systems.
