Change Languages by reinstalling OS?

Newer palms are almost always multi-language if they're not english. Which means, the first time you start up your new Palm, you'll be able to choose your language. IIRC the most common multilanguage ROM is german-french-english. I don't want to reset my Palm right now to test it though
