Change language for input type file

Hi

I am using the kode below to download files with, but because I am in Holland the language is in Dutch when no file has been chosen.
Either I would like to have this text remove or changed to English

<input type="file" name="File1">

Any ideas how I can change this, I have no control of the webserver

Found out that in IE its in English and its in Dutch in Chrome... so it must be a browser setting of some sort

Anybody has any ideas ?

IMHO the language is completely dependant on the CLIENT. Its OS language and/or browser language. Why bother?

So if you build your site in englisch, but the user has eg a dutch OS, the tkest on thet _(!*)(&!)@^&#)(~&#)_ button would say "[Bladeren]" (i'm quessing)

But that Dutch user would understand that...
