Change ISP POP3/SMTP Account info?

I will as direct as I can about this. I have a client that use Exchange Server 2003 and uses the POP3 connecter to connect to their hosting ISP. It has become necessary to change their ISP. How do I change the POP3/SMTP location in Exchange Server 2003?
