We set up a new IPOCC R10.1 with IPO R11 and all is working fine
We have only one issue, when we connect through IPOCC UI to run reports we got incorrect hours, however, when we run the same report on the UI of IPOCC Server we got the correct hours
When we checked, we found that the time zone of IPOCC server Windows is incorrect (by defaut US/Canada timezone)
Now We want to change to the local country timezone, and I want to know what is the impact ? de we need to restart IPOCC Server or Services ?
