Hi all,

Think i have this covered, but will be doing the above on a 5.7 server. I am thinking of changing the address of the server, then in contact centre client, going to maagement, configuration, and change ip address of server, and selecting use default, as the SQL is all loaded onto the same server, so will this just propagate the address change through the CCM database?

And for 6160, was just going to run the port configuration tool, to reflect the address change of the corresponding PBX where the ports will be.

Any ideas suggestions are more than welcome.

Thanks.

looks like you have all the changes covered, don't forget to change the IP addresses on the CCM for the new IQ address and vice-versa

Ok thanks supernova, the changes on each wont be required as they co-reside on the some server.

many thanks.

Hi F1Fanatic,

I think you will still need to change the IP address in the enterprise for the media server (It is a hyperlink)

Also on the 6160 you will need to change the CCM IP address so that if you are using queue conditions it can report on them.
