Change IP Address on 7961

Does anyone know how to change the ip address of a 7961 phone manually?

When I press settings, network config, ip address, I then unlock the page, and I then get the edit button. But when I select edit, I get the error message "That key is not active here"

Never mind, I finally found the answer. I have to disable DHCP first.
