change ip address of a LAN Card

Does anyone have steps to change the IP address of a LAN card, does the system have to re-booted ? or can the LAn card just be restarted ? Thanks

I see where to chg the address in menu 22.

question is when it says stored for next upload, does that mean the system needs to be restarted or can the LAN card be restarted via card management ?

Change it and then just restart the LAN card in menu 20 you do not have to reboot the system
