Hi All

We have recently changed servers & have a huge number of Crystal reports which are located on the old server name 'sbs7'. Could anyone advise please as to the easiest way to amend all reports (including sub reports) to the new server name of 'sbs1'.

Thanks very much in advance.

Julie,

Crystal does have a utility available for making mass changes to reports. It is contained in a zip file on their website called update8x.exe (search for it on their website). It extracts a utility called update.exe that permits mass changes to version 8.0 or 8.5 reports.

Hope this helps.

hi
Just change the database name on your DSN connection and point it to the new database
