Change in Record Selection Formula Detected in Preview

Crystal Reports Version 9 and SQL Server Database. We just upgraded to 9.0 from 8.5 last week.

I am moving fields in Preview mode and I keep getting the "Change in Record Selection Formula detected" asking me to Use Saved Data or Refresh Data. I tried turning off "Display alerts on Refresh" in Options and Report Options and still I keep getting this message.

It is very annoying, as I like to make changes in Preview mode to see how it looks. Everytime I move the slightest detail, it pops up.
