Change in Item codes 1

We have changed our item coding.There were still pending Purchase orders.Csn snyone help me out on which tables I need to update so that the Purchase Orders can reflect on the new Item codes.?

Use the Item Number change utility.

If you don't see it, you need to install it from the system manager CD. It's free in version 5.5 and higher. If you're on 5.4 or before, you have to buy it.

Iam on 5.4 so before i can buy the Change Utility which tables should I be looking at I can at least make a macro to assist

POPORL, PORCPL, POINVL, but you can only change POPORL with a macro, the others require straight SQL.

Iam able to update POPORL but when i try to receipt the PO I get the following error.

"Description: Internal error. field value mismatch for POPORL ITEMNO and PORCPL ITEMNO (2832 PORCPG1.C).

Then I don't know what to say. I've always used the number change utility.
