change group header color fo rnew messages

I am using ms office outlook 2003. I have the view > arrange by set to FROM and sort by groups.

Does anyone know how to have the color change for group headers when a new message arrives for that group header to distinguish from the other groups with no messages.

Currently they are all the same color and I cannot distinguish the new emails that arrivie.
