change greeting on ACD

On our Opt.11 we have a local line that terminates to an ACD(extension 699) in nite mode. The ACD points to a button on a phone (extention 799). We change the greeting on 699 but when we call 699 we get the old greeting. If we go into 699 in audix the greeting is the new one.

Thanks everyone but I found a solution on my own.
Greeting has to be changed from CAT.
