Change from Vista Pro to Windows XP Pro

I just got a new laptop which has Vista Pro installed on it. For various reasons, I want to change back to Windows XP Pro. Does anyone know of any real issues of making this change?

My plan is to just re-format the hard drive and install Win XP on it.

Any suggestions?

There's been known to be issues with hardware that doesn't have WinXp compatible drivers. I'd check to make sure you can find drivers for all your hardware, before taking the plunge.

You should also make sure, the installation of XP does not void the warranty, as is possible in some cases.
