I have a CS1000E. I'm looking to change the DN below from MIX to just being an MCR appearance on the eight 3903s and 1 2050PC shown. This DN also appears as BFS on Key 62 of the receptionists 3904.

I want to make DN 8855 just like DN 6509 below since it is only appearing as MCR key on certain sets.

DN 6509
CPND
NAME STK2 MHD Service

DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST

TN 016 0 09 08 V KEY 01 DES ST1234 1 JUN 2009
(3903)
TN 016 0 09 09 V KEY 01 MARP DES ST1234 1 JUN 2009
(3903)

Is this do-able? I already know how to add/remove appearances, but I don't know how to get rid of the MIX. Do I just out the TN and add the DN on Key 01 of one 3903 as a MARP then add it to the rest of the phones as MCR?

Thanks in advance for your guidance!

I tried to take it one day at a time, but a whole bunch of them attacked me at once!

If you want to get rid of the mix, all you ahve to do is out the 500 port. I think though you more than likely have it there for voice mail purposes since it is MARP on that 500 port.

There is a VM attached to the DN through our CallPilot. Basically, in reviewing this particular DN I discovered our vendor had not programmed it correctly (looking back at original spreadsheets that stated that DN should have always been MCR). So, what would you suggest? We do need to keep the VM for afterhours purposes - I get paged for any messages.

If you want to have a Multiple Call Arrangement then build the analog set first with CLS=MCRA and then build the digital set with KEY xx MCR yyyy.

It worked!!! Here's what I did:

After nulling out all Key 01 and the BFS key, I changed the CLS to MCRA:

REQ: chg
TYPE: 500
TN 4 0 10 3
ECHG yes
ITEM cls mcra

After that, I went back and added Key 01 to all of the phones as an MCR key:

REQ: chg
TYPE: 3903
TN 4 1 1 3
ECHG yes
ITEM key 01 mcr 8855
MIX
MARP ON TN 004 0 10 03
MARP
CPND
VMB
KEY
ITEM
MIX

MGMT001 TNB CHG TYPE:3903 TN:4 1 1 3

Then I added the BFS key back to the receptionist's 3904:

REQ:

REQ CHG
TYPE: 3904
TN 4 0 8 15
ECHG yes
ITEM key 62 bfs 4 0 10 3

ITEM

Thanks so much for the help!!!! I really appreciate it!!!!
