Our department employees have their regular outlook profile but they are also able to send emails to clients/customers from a generic department email. They just have to click on the FROM field and they get a drop down menu that allows them to specify who they want to appear in the from field.
I am trying to setup up email templates for some specific emails that we frequently send out but I can't get the FROM Field to default to the department email address we all use. This is very important as we do not want someone to accidentally email out from their own personal email. Any ideas?
