Change Fonts in display properties...

Can some one suggest the way to check the system fonts intalled(if you go to display properties of windows and go to appearance tab ..you see the option to change font size (i.e "small", "large", etc.....)

I want to check in my code what font size is installed on the machine....

Can some one suggest me how to do that...
